Art Sparks is facilitated and coordinated by Andrea Cloutier. She is a former art teacher, having taught in both Minnesota and Arizona. She spends her time caring for her four children, two dogs, and husband along with volunteering her time for Art Sparks, she is also a member of the Cottage Grove Arts Commission and the Public Safety Board. This is her first year as coordinator for Art Sparks.
